Bike clinic |

Mark Crosno |
|
|
Deussen Park (by the
boat ramp) at 1pm |
|
|
|
|
|
April 27 Kingwood Tri Club will be
having a biking clinic. Mark
Crosno will watch us bike and
give us some great tips. He will
cover: how to find your best position on
the bike, how to get the most out of the
effort you put into a race, and proper
racing form. He will help us
improve our biking because one of the
biggest problems he see when racing is
the efficiency loss based on riding
position, style and bad habits. Be
ready to get a workout in!
